How I Met Radio 1190:
I was an avid listener since my freshman year of high school. I discovered the glory of 1190 through friends with excellent music taste. |
First Album Purchased:
Oh it was totally The Lion King soundtrack! I was a Disney obsessed kid. |
First Concert:
Probably, in no particular order, Daft Punk at Red Rocks, The Cure at Red Rocks, The Kills, Peaches, Rocky Votolato and Death Cab for Cutie with Mates of States in 2006. |
Favorite Concert:
I really like acoustic music and music that holds a theoretically complex form by incorporating a variety of instruments and timing. Rocking out to some fast paced punk like music is a must, however. |
Most Desperately Desired Musical Reunion:
Rouge Wave, as one of the guys is currently on dialysis and cannot tour. That or the incredible musical styling of Queen! Let's find a way to raise Freddy Mercury from the grave! |

I recommend everyone read The Fountainhead by Any Rand, though she is a capitalist her ideals run deeply parallel with Nietzsche and that of individualism. A movie that keeps changing my life in a positive manner and is very important to me is I <3 Huckabees. It lifts one up when they are most hopeless and negative. A Television show no one should ever go without seeing is Scrubs. It is a perfectly unrealistic/realistic satirical comedy that only leaves a consistent smile on ones face. |
