How I Met Radio 1190:
Via a friend my freshman year... she had a show and I joined her on-air. She said I could bring one album to play a song from during her show. I chose Joy Division's "Atmosphere."
First Album Purchased:
I guess the first record I bought with my own money was some cartoon record at Cinderella City when I was visiting family (I have no clue what the name is but its some rose petal character). After that I discovered Def Leppard and spent my babysitting money on that (I think).
First Concert:
It was a good year to be a kid, 1984--I was at the carnival, went to the rodeo, at cotton candy -- then that night, I saw the Judds. The next night I saw Johnny Cash. 1984 was a good year with all the coolest people I knew at the time...my family. I guess the first rock snowb concert I attended (and could drive to) was Sonic Youth in 1995.
Favorite Concert:

SHEESH...this is like choosing your favorite child!

Recommended Media:

I'm currently acting like a teenager and reading the Twilight books, but can't wait to get to the most recent Jeffrey Eugenides collection of love stories he put out. Overall, I mostly read girly magazines like BUST and Venus.

I love John Waters and will see anything he is involved with. Same with Alfred Hitchcock and Judd Apatow. I love horror films.

As far as new tv goes, I love LOST and Dexter. I love old tv shows like Freaks and Geeks, Undeclared and Square Pegs.
